職位描述: 1. Responsible for quality planning, trail-run verification, product audit and process audit during NPI.

負責(zé)新項目導(dǎo)入階段的質(zhì)量策劃、試生產(chǎn)驗證、產(chǎn)品審核和過程審核。

2. To create the Inspection Plan into MES/SAP system and disposal with defect part as well as receiving and releasing raw material and finish goods.

在SAP和MES系統(tǒng)中，建立質(zhì)量檢驗計劃、處理不合格品、接收和放行產(chǎn)品（包括原料、成品）等；

3. Deal with the quality issues during production process and organize cross function team to analyse the root cause and ask responsible department to take corrective action as well as to verify and follow up the effectiveness until it can be closed.

負責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量問題確認和處置，組織協(xié)調(diào)跨部門團隊分析根本原因，并找出有效的糾正措施，并驗證其有效性，直到問題關(guān)閉.

4. Microscope/cross section test; Mechanical/chemical parameter test. Based on incoming material.

金相性能檢測；機械/化學(xué)（較少）性能檢測.

5. To check the dimensions of trail run samples for verifying the new die.

負責(zé)新設(shè)計模具的驗收、確認檢測工作。

6. Solve QN in SAP/MES system, block NOK material in SAP, support quality supervisor for internal quality issue.

SAP/MES中處理質(zhì)量通知，不合格物料凍結(jié)，協(xié)助質(zhì)量主管解決廠內(nèi)質(zhì)量問題；

7. Training/support operators for daily incoming material/ process/finished goods inspection, include FAI/LPI.

培訓(xùn)/支持生產(chǎn)部門來料檢驗/過程檢驗/成品發(fā)貨檢驗，包括首末件檢驗；

8. Create/maintain SOP for test method/device.

檢測方法/設(shè)備的SOP制定和維護，以及培訓(xùn)；

9. Lab inventory management, calibration management;

實驗室設(shè)備臺賬，設(shè)備計量和校準(zhǔn)管理；

10. SPC data collecting and analysis, MSA report prepare.

SPC數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析，MSA數(shù)據(jù)分析和改進。

11. Provide coil certificate and Final goods test reports to customer before delivery;

為客戶提供成品發(fā)貨檢驗報告和鋼卷材質(zhì)報告；

12. Support to solve customer quality issues, such as test method, material property if necessary, etc.

必要時協(xié)助客戶解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量異議，例如涉及檢測方法，材料性能等；

13. Support to release equipment/ test samples in supplier site if necessary;

必要時到供應(yīng)商處驗證設(shè)備/產(chǎn)品放行；

14. Maintain lab equipment together with engineer form maintenance.

實驗室設(shè)備配合維修團隊進行日常維護；

15. other tasks from supervisor.
