主要工作Principal Activities
?辦理外匯管理相關(guān)法規(guī)及銀行要求的外匯收支數(shù)據(jù)報送、備案及證照辦理等工作
In line with SAFE Laws and Regulations as well as banks’ requirements, responsible for foreign currency reports preparation, registration, and Process and related certificates & licenses issues
?收集和分析財經(jīng)、外匯、財稅相關(guān)法規(guī)的變動以及對公司相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的影響，并提出相應(yīng)建議
Collect and analyze the impact of the change of regulations to the company, and proposing suggestions
?收集、統(tǒng)計和分析利率匯率及相關(guān)經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)等風險管理所需基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，并提供管理建議
Collect, sort and analyze data and information of interests and other relevant economy data to facilitate risks management of interest and foreign exchange rate
?跟蹤和分析市場風險控制產(chǎn)品和工具，結(jié)合公司業(yè)務(wù)需求建立并完善風控模型，提供管理建議
Market risk management products and tools follow up and analysis, develop risk management model for the company and provide management advices
?向其他部門及相關(guān)方就外匯收支業(yè)務(wù)提供建議
Suggest on foreign currency issues to other Departments or relevant parties
?制定風險管理相關(guān)政策及程序并執(zhí)行
Establish and implement risk management relevant policies
?參與保險的日常管理工作
Join daily insurance work
?協(xié)助完善和執(zhí)行支付保障機制
Assisting improving and implementing PSM
?協(xié)助建立客戶信用風險評估標準和工具
Assisting establishment and reinforcement of customer credit risk assessment standards and tools
?與銀行、外匯管理機構(gòu)及保險公司的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)
Communication and coordination with banks, SAFE and Insurance Company
?資金經(jīng)理安排的其他專項工作

Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation
?保持辦公區(qū)域的整潔
Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards
?負責自己的訪客在辦公室的安全事項，如前臺登記、簡短的安全介紹、在緊急狀態(tài)下提供必要的協(xié)助等
Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help

Good understanding of financial instruments and SAFE regulation

Ability to work independently, identify problems or issues and develop effective solutions

工作經(jīng)驗Work Experience
?在資金/銀行/財務(wù)方面五年以上的工作經(jīng)驗，有2年以上外資企業(yè)相關(guān)風險管理工作工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
Minimum five years’ experience in treasury/banking/finance, preferably with at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or a related discipline obtained in a foreign-invested enterprise
教育背景Educational Background
?大學或以上學歷，四級或以上英語水平，經(jīng)濟、財經(jīng)、會計或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree with CET 4 or above, major in economy, finance，accounting or a business-related area
?會計師或經(jīng)濟師以上職稱，具有注冊會計師、財經(jīng)分析師、財經(jīng)風險管理師或相同等級專業(yè)資格優(yōu)先
Qualified accountant / economic engineer or above, CPA / CFA / FRM or equivalent qualification is preferred
