Job responsibilities?Establishes and directs Marketing Intelligence department at Shanghai Hyundai Elevator
?Drive development of both short and long term marketing strategy and value-creating offers (including products, installation and services) with compelling value propositions based on the identified usable insights of decision makers/influencers and successful market research, and that delivers the business strategy
?Leads to select the appropriate forecasting tools and gain the appropriate market information needed as input to developing strategy and plans
?Carves out the space in the business for company to profitably differentiate products, installation and services to beat competition
?Identifies and provides hands on support for critical market research, value proposition development and business case analysis
?Provides consistent and efficient communication for CSMO and Executive leadership team in developing, gaining alignment and releasing marketing strategy
?Leads to translate the strategy into plans which align to the business needs, ensures that key targets are translated into tactical business plans and KPIs that can be monitored for process and success.
?Creates new pricing processes, policies and guidelines, reviews price setting on a regular base, taking into account the product profiles and positioning in the marketing matrixes and lifecycle curves.
?Reviews and challenges the transfer prices of products, standard hours of installation and services;
?Develops and executes integrated and highly effective marketing campaigns like annual channel conference and new product launch roadshow, etc.
?Provides leadership in the area of brand equity and routine marketing operations
?Provides governance and guidance regarding principles of product portfolio management and brand equity management;
?Builds and maintains the relationship with key internal (sales, technical, installation, services, R&D, logistics, operations) and external (CSEI of SAMR, association, SAC/TC196, inspection and test institutions, etc.) shareholders in order to increase marketing opportunities;
?Manages and tracks marketing budgets and ensures effective budget utilization
?Is responsible for managing strategy and public relationship team, product team located in Shanghai.
Key Requirements?University degree in Business or related field; Master’s in Marketing is an added advantage
?At least 5 years leadership experience in a comparable position at top 10 elevator companies in China
?At least 10 years of B2B marketing experiences at Building related industries
?Creatively develops original ideas, approaches and solutions to unusual or difficult situations or problems
?Experienced and competent on product development and launch
Is willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
?Has strong insights of China elevator market and real estate market
?Excellent English and Chinese writing and speaking skills
?Global experience is an added advantage.
