?負責自控系統(tǒng)(DCS&SCADA)維修、維護及管理
Responsible for maintenance and management of DCS & SCADA Control System
?負責制定與優(yōu)化自控系統(tǒng)預防性維修計劃與日常維修計劃。
Make and optimize Control System preventive maintenance plan and routine maintenance work plan.
?負責自控系統(tǒng)相關外委服務合同的執(zhí)行與管理。
Responsible for implementation and management of Control System Outsourcing service contract
?負責自控系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化及整改的提出與執(zhí)行。
Responsible for Raising and implementation of Control System optimization and modification
?認真執(zhí)行公司各項規(guī)章制度和工作程序。
Follow GDLNG’s policy and procedure.
?向營運部物資及設備高級經(jīng)理匯報。
Report to Material & Equipment Manager of operations department
主要工作 (Principal Activities)
?管理SCADA,DCS,SIS，F(xiàn)&G和PLC控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設施、軟件系統(tǒng)及相關組態(tài)配置活動。
Manage all hardware、software and configuration activities associated with SCADA, DCS, SIS, F&G and PLCs.
?編制，維護和管理控制系統(tǒng)的管理程序。
Develop, maintain and manage Control System management procedures.
?制定、維護和優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)相關的設備清單、預防性維修計劃、備件清單，并妥善保管控制系統(tǒng)相關的技術文檔。
Make、maintain and optimize equipment list 、preventive maintenance plan and spare part list for control system，and store related technical documents properly.
?維護控制系統(tǒng)的所有數(shù)據(jù)、配置及文檔完整性。
Maintain up to date documentation for configuration of all control systems.
?檢查和協(xié)助維護控制系統(tǒng)相關的設備管理信息系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)。
Check and assist maintain control system related data in equipment management information system.
?對控制系統(tǒng)軟硬件故障進行第一時間維修并按要求完成記錄。
Provide first line maintenance response for system hardware or software faults and failures and complete recording as required.
?對控制系統(tǒng)進行日常巡檢，監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)報警并調查故障的原因。
Monitor system alarms and investigate problems on a routine basis.
?與操作和維修團隊一起并識別設備的風險，并采取預防性的工作來降低工廠的停產時間。
Liaise with operations and maintenance personnel in the planning of work to minimize plant downtime and ensure equipment criticality is recognized.
?與IT工程師和儀表工程師一起維護工廠生產控制網(wǎng)絡.
Liaise with IT department and Instrument engineer to manage support of Plant Control Network (PCN) and communications interfaces.
?編制控制系統(tǒng)的維護預算并管理外委服務合同。
Contribute to system maintenance budgets and manage Outsourcing service contract within agreed budget.
?監(jiān)控控制系統(tǒng)性能，并進行適時、適當?shù)目刂葡到y(tǒng)優(yōu)化。
Monitor performance of control schemes and optimize tuning as necessary.
?監(jiān)控并優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)報警的數(shù)量和頻率，降低操作人員的工作負荷。
Monitor frequency and number of alarms to minimize operator workload。
?編制控制系統(tǒng)的MOC，執(zhí)行小型的控制系統(tǒng)變更從而提高裝置運行可靠性。Develop MOC and implement minor configuration changes to improve process operations.
?對控制系統(tǒng)操作員提供技術支持和技能培訓。
Provide ad-hoc support and training for control system operators in aspects of control and safety interlock operation.
?需要時執(zhí)行并完成其他臨時指派的工作任務
Perform and complete other assignments when necessary.

能力與經(jīng)驗 (Competencies and Experience)
?優(yōu)秀的故障判斷和解決能力，能夠高效處理控制系統(tǒng)的相關問題。Exceptional problem solving and diagnostic skills to enable timely rectification of control and system issues.
?豐富的SCADA/DCS/PLC工程、維護及管理經(jīng)驗。
Experience in SCADA / DCS / PLC configuration and management.
?熟悉微軟操作系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫和通用的IT技能。
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system and common IT packages.
?高度的責任心和工作主動性以符合高強度工作負荷的需要。
A very high level of personal commitment and initiative work attitude to meet the demanding intense workload.
?能夠識別和優(yōu)先排序工作負荷以完成多重工作任務。
Be able to prioritize and schedule their workload in order to accomplish all required work activities.

Relevant work experience in oil & gas or chemical industry preferred.
?獲得相關的控制系統(tǒng)如Honeywell,Emerson,Siemens的培訓證書優(yōu)先。Completion of appropriate vendor training courses such as Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens training courses preferred.
教育背景 (Educational Background)
?儀表自動化、電氣工程或電子工程專業(yè)全日制本科或以上學歷。
