Job Responsibilities 1.Size analysis, responsible for the progress of the moulds and tube products to meet the needs of the customer PPAP; 2.Design and maintenance of the moulds and its components properly; 3.Summary a series of sudden failure experience in the production process, formulate continuous improvement plan, and emphatically in the new project acceptance; 4.Formulate preventive maintenance plan for various moulds according to the forecast of annual customer production, and be responsible for tracking the implementation moulds management; 5.Lead cost saving project (cycle time reduction, material cost saving, etc.) 6.New products introduction (process design, product design and technical parameters verification)
