MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. Responsible for payroll data

負(fù)責(zé)工資數(shù)據(jù):

a. Collecting of data 數(shù)據(jù)收集

b. Cleaning up of data 清理數(shù)據(jù)

c. Supply of data 提供數(shù)據(jù)

d. Maintenance of data 維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)

2. Complete monthly salary calculation

完成每月工資計(jì)算

a. Cooperate with HR and other internal departments involved

與人力資源和其他內(nèi)部部門合作

b. Salary calculation has to be done for all employees and interns

必須為所有員工和實(shí)習(xí)生進(jìn)行工資計(jì)算

3. Responsible for payroll run and approval

負(fù)責(zé)工資和考勤的運(yùn)行和批準(zhǔn):

a. Legal, trade union and compliance conformed payroll run

工資運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)合法、合規(guī)、符合工會(huì)要求

b. Responsible for payment on-time to ensure payroll is received on schedule

負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)付款，以確保員工按時(shí)收到工資

c. Responsible for posting run

d. Individual Income tax plausibility check and monthly declaration

4. Responsible for collaboration with third parties:

負(fù)責(zé)與第三方的合作

a. Manage and cooperate with vendor to proceed the social benefits and housing fund

管理并配合社會(huì)福利和住房公積金的運(yùn)行

b. Responsible for the collaboration with legal authorities

負(fù)責(zé)與法律部門開(kāi)展合作

c. Responsible for payroll internal and external audits activities proactively

主動(dòng)負(fù)責(zé)工資相關(guān)的內(nèi)外部審計(jì)

d. Responsible for declaration of individual income tax and do the tax payment on time

負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)申報(bào)和繳納個(gè)人所得稅

e. Support the China Annual Tax Reconciliation

支持中國(guó)年度稅務(wù)調(diào)節(jié)

5. Reporting and continuous improvement

報(bào)告和持續(xù)改進(jìn):

a. Proactively prepare relevant analysis as needed
