This position is responsible for seeking new OEM/ODM opportunities in USA and Europe to improve Prinova’s new business. 該崗位主要為普惠瑞欣中國工廠開拓歐洲和美國的食品營養(yǎng)素代加工市場。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Seek out client program opportunities (mainly tablet, pouch, sachat, capsule, powder products), including potential customers/distributions list. 尋找客戶項目機會(主要是壓片、袋裝、條包、膠囊等粉劑產(chǎn)品),包括潛在客 戶,分銷客戶等。 2. Develop sales strategy: understand the industry, channels, competitors and other information. Assist the company to formulate the industry and customer market development strategy; according to the industry customer development and key customer information, formulate the sales strategy and development plan of the responsible area and channel customers. 制定銷售策略:了解行業(yè)、渠道、競爭對手等信息。協(xié)助公司制定行業(yè)及客戶市場發(fā) 展戰(zhàn)略;根據(jù)行業(yè)客戶發(fā)展及重點客戶信息,制定所負責(zé)區(qū)域,渠道客戶的銷售策 略及發(fā)展計劃。 3. Maintenance of key accounts: maintain the business of existing customers and the development of new projects, expand and promote existing sales and penetrate new products, and achieve the implementation of annual sales targets and sales plans for key accounts. 大客戶維護:維護現(xiàn)有客戶的業(yè)務(wù)及新項目的開發(fā)擴大并推動現(xiàn)有銷售額并滲透新 產(chǎn)品,實現(xiàn)大客戶年度銷售目標和銷售計劃的實施落地。 4. New customer development: visit key customers regularly, develop potential new customers in the region, and achieve performance growth targets.
