負(fù)責(zé)管理日常生產(chǎn)、維修、質(zhì)量及計(jì)劃團(tuán)隊(duì)； - Prepare production plan in accordance with sales orders and respecting rules 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司銷售計(jì)劃制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃并完成生產(chǎn)訂單; - Set up and follow up KPI of production department. 負(fù)責(zé)建立并跟蹤執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)部門的KPI - Organize standard products flow, continuously optimize the production process and increase the production efficiency 組織建立并形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的生產(chǎn)流程，不斷優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝，增加生產(chǎn)效率， - Make staff to respect the Standard operation procedure 負(fù)責(zé)員工了解標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作及生產(chǎn)流程； -Keep up to date productivity indicators and make production analysis report to GM 跟蹤生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)完成及生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，并向總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行匯報(bào)； - Collect information and propose all measures to improve products’ quality, machines and work organisation 收集生產(chǎn)相關(guān)信息并在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、設(shè)備和工作組織等方面提出改進(jìn)方法及措施； - Make staff to respect 5S, security and quality rules 保證員工遵守安全、5S、質(zhì)量等相關(guān)規(guī)定； - Responsible for the bonus and attendance of production team 負(fù)責(zé)部門的日常考勤及績效等提報(bào)及審核 - Responsible for the yearly evaluation of production team 負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)年度績效評估等；
Requirements:
Prior experience in production management, minimum (5) years ，pressure vessel industry is preferred有至少5年生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，壓力容器行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮 Bachelor or above, engineering related is preferred,本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先考考慮 Strong management skill: organisation, coordination, and communication skills 較強(qiáng)的管理能力，組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及溝通能力； Communication in English, including written, spoken and ability to active listening/participate in meetings. International collaboration with management and other subsidiaries.英語聽說讀寫熟練，能夠參加全球會(huì)議，并能夠與全球各子公司進(jìn)行合作； Work effectively with team members at all levels of the company in a positive, professional manner能夠以專業(yè)積極的工作態(tài)度與同事合作相處；
