職位描述: ? 1. Lead C&B related policies and process design optimization according to company's strategy.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略,建立健全公司薪酬福利相關(guān)制度; ? 2. Design various compensation plans to support the needs of each department.設(shè)計(jì)公司各類薪酬方案以支持公司和業(yè)務(wù)單元的需求; ? 3. Regularly review and optimize company's salary structure, make it externally competitive and internally fair enough to motivate and retain talents.定期回顧并優(yōu)化公司薪資架構(gòu)以具對(duì)外有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性,對(duì)內(nèi)有公平性并實(shí)現(xiàn)激勵(lì)和保留人才; ? 4. To execute daily C&B operation including attendance check, monthly payroll cycle running, data maintenance, ensure accuracy and timelines.負(fù)責(zé)每月考勤核對(duì)、薪酬福利核算工作,確保準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性; ? 5. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual C&B budget and final account.負(fù)責(zé)月度/季度/年度薪酬福利預(yù)結(jié)算工作; ? 6.
