Summary of Job Function : During the whole product life from RFQ to mass production, Work as the technical leader between customer and our organization, represent or support project development team to communicate our design concept, design solution, timing plan etc with customer and get customer approved, As well, Timely feed back to us customer’s product requirement, product issues, on-field issue, delivery requirements etc.
Post Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the on-site technical communication with electric vehicle (EV customer) and/or partners. 2.Lead the RFQ concept design, BOM creation, and technical presentation to customer for BDU, PDU, E-BOX, HV wireharness etc. EV HV products per customer’s technical specification, and mating environment. 3.Assist the customer on site in his product testing, pilot runs, mass production to ensure the best possible product and conformance to technical requirements. 4.Be central contact to collect, analyze customer specific question and issues, then communicate these to our function team, and finally feedback customer the answers officially . 5.Assure correct and in time communication on given commitments 6.Trigger and anticipate necessary action to solve problems 7.Create awareness about customer requirements towards respective project managers and core team 8.Get a very good knowledge about the working methods and processes at the customer side. 9.Be aware on future needs / adjustments that the customer may have. 10.Provide an early notice for future projects and RFQs to the Sales, RD team. 11.This position works in close cooperation with RD , Sales, Program manager, Quality, Operation department to create and maintain excellent cooperation relationship with the customer.
