Job Overview The strategy of Sino Manufacturing Solutions is to become a global supplier of electronic and mechanic assembly & injection mould tooling. We are currently active in 3 main geographical regions – UK/Europe, North America & China. The CS manager will head up the sales administration team in Shenzhen developing excellent customer service department and support new developing business in existing & new geographical markets winning new contracts for both 1) electronic and mechanical assembly & 2) export injection mould tools. The CS Manager will lead the Shenzhen based sales team to re-energise the UK & European market developing existing customers to their maximum potential as well as support developing new ones. Support developing the Chinese market, where Sino has recently had some success, to make it into one of our most important markets especially for components & engineering components. Ensure your team gives excellent customer service support including shipping, order progressing, estimation & quotations to other Sino sales staff including our North American & European activities. Measure and manage sales team so they achieve their targets for both export tooling & engineering components/assemblies.
