Responsibility: -Fully comply with the policies and standards related to regulations. -完全遵守法規(guī)相關(guān)的政策和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 -Develop operations annual training plan and ensure the training implementation. -制定運(yùn)營年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并確保培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施。 -Follow up special equipment and operation certification in Operations department and arrange certification training and authentication as required. -跟蹤運(yùn)營部的特種設(shè)備和操作認(rèn)證，按要求安排認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證。 -Track the completion of department training courses and ensure the timely and accurate training records and training report. -跟蹤部門培訓(xùn)課程的完成情況，確保培訓(xùn)記錄和培訓(xùn)報(bào)告及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確。 -Develop and maintain the position training plan and implement as required. -制定和維護(hù)崗位培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并按要求實(shí)施. -Coordinate the development and implementation of various trainings within the department and assist the compliance system owner in training. -協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)的制定和實(shí)施，協(xié)助合規(guī)體系負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。 -Review and ensure the implement the annual work plan of the safety activity committee, promote activity, and prepare safety communication materials to consolidate the safety culture and improve the safety awareness of employees. -審核并確保安全活動委員會年度工作計(jì)劃的實(shí)施，推動活動，編寫安全宣傳材料，鞏固安全文化，提高員工的安全意識。
Requirements: -College or above educational background. -大專及以上學(xué)歷。 -At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry. - 5年以上制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 -Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership. -表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的主動性和主人翁精神。 -Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills. -良好的邏輯思維和解決問題的能力。 -Good communication skills and able to collaborate across functions. -良好的溝通能力和跨部門協(xié)作能力.
