Main Responsibilities 主要職責
? Develop sound marketing strategies and effectively lead a team to:
Formulate and implement overall marketing strategies 制定有效益的綜合市場策略，領導市場部團隊
- Develop and direct overall marketing plans including advertising, public relations programs and road show etc. to enhance the image of TPSD range.制定綜合市場計劃：包括廣告，公關，路演等來提升沱牌舍得酒業(yè)產品系列的形象
- Plan and execute the customer relationship program and promotion plan to support business objectives for retail and AFH business.制定并執(zhí)行CRM客戶關系管理計劃來支持并達成總體業(yè)務目標
- Oversee the evaluations of market reactions and market research. 監(jiān)控市場評估，市場反應和市場調研
- Direct merchandise management in all channels to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including forecasting, pricing and marketing models. 制定在不同銷售渠道中的產品陳列方案，提高市場效益方案：包括預測，價格，和市場營運模式
- Supervise sales team to develop and execute a consistent brand presentation in all communications. 指導銷售隊伍貫切執(zhí)行一致性品牌和宣傳策略
? Product portfolio management 產品組合管理
- Initiate and participate in the product portfolio strategy and new product development and launch to support overall business. 參與產品組合策略及新品研發(fā)上市，支持整體業(yè)務的發(fā)展。
- Work closely with sales, technical and production team to develop product innovation to maximize regional / local seasonal opportunities. 與銷售，技術和生產團隊緊密合作推動產品創(chuàng)意充分把握區(qū)域銷售季節(jié)機遇
? People management 人員管理
- Lead, train and develop a high performing marketing and merchandising team and relationship. Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standard and high team spirit among staff.領導，培訓和發(fā)展高效市場和貨品管理隊伍。在合理化人員架構的氣氛中確保優(yōu)異市場服務理念和高昂團隊精神

Minimum Qualification (Knowledge & Experience): 最低要求 知識與經驗
? University degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines. 大學本科學歷，主修市場，傳媒或相關學科
? Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand building, with strong track record of success. 優(yōu)異市場管理和品牌建立專業(yè)知識，通過職業(yè)生涯紀錄證明
? Strategic thinking with strong commercial sense and business acumen.

? 10+ years of related working experience with multinational environment exposure, preferably in building a premium positioned retail brand in China. 十年或以上在跨國企業(yè)中任職（擁有建立高端零售產品經驗為佳）
